Our Story
Transforming Lives Through Faith-Based Initiatives
Lead a Youth Network was founded in 2018 with a vision to create sustainable change in Nigerian communities by empowering the next generation of leaders. What started as a small community initiative has grown into a nationwide movement impacting thousands of lives.
Our journey began when our founders recognized the immense potential in Nigerian youth and women that remained untapped due to limited opportunities, resources, and mentorship. We believe that by combining spiritual guidance with practical skills development, we can create lasting transformation.
Today, we operate across multiple states in Nigeria, running programs that address the holistic development of individuals and communities. Our approach integrates Gospel-centered values with contemporary skills needed to thrive in today's world.

Our Journey
Foundation
Lead a Youth Network was officially launched with our first leadership training program in Lagos, reaching 50 young people.
Expansion
We expanded to three additional states and launched our digital entrepreneurship program, training over 200 youth.
Pandemic Response
Adapted our programs for virtual delivery during COVID-19, reaching over 1,000 participants across Nigeria.
Women Empowerment
Launched specialized programs for women, focusing on skill acquisition and small business development.
Rural Outreach
Expanded our reach to rural communities, establishing training centers in underserved areas.
National Impact
Celebrated impacting over 5,000 youth and women across 15 Nigerian states through our various programs.

Dr. Grace brings expertise in education and youth development, overseeing all program implementation and evaluation.

A tech entrepreneur himself, David leads our digital skills training and startup incubation programs.
